I have been trying to find the silicon oil Dave suggests to use..200 fluid/100 cst. Can anyone let me know where I can get some. The only oil I find is used for rc car shocks.
Shock oil is okay. It comes in a vast variety of consistencies though. Personally, I just use silicone grease for all my seals, and i use the Servisol brand. One tube lasts for donkey's years.

I get my silicon oil from Alumilite. Caswell Inc. is an Alumilite distributor, by the way.
