    Can't ID the boat but it looks like propeller blade gashes on the sail.

        My first guess was an Israeli Dolphin but it smooth up over the top of the hull and this one has a superstructure seem on the side of the upper hull. What country paints their subs green and puts these large numbers on the sail?

            I don't think its a Lada - the upper casing seems a bit smaller for the boat were trying to ID in the area under the sail

                Looks like a dead ringer for the Sauro class as you said. I was looking at it wrong. The torn up part of the sail is the rear of the sail so that the Sauros sail overhang is gone. That makes sense.
