Purchasing Sub Driver modular parts

Sirs,

I have downloaded the ModularSD.pdf doc from your site. In there it lists part numbers for various parts and sizes thereof that go to make up a Sub Driver. Yet, I don't see how to actually order them as they are not on the Caswell Plating - RC web site page. At least, I couldn't find it.
