    Many of you who have done business with Caswell Inc have probably received our auto message checking on if you received the goods and are happy etc. etc.

    I occasionally wonder if the process was a waste of time etc. but today I received the following email from a customer.

    I particularly liked the point he made about 'no bull****' and 'no bait 'n switch'.

    Here is his email -
    Dear Caswell,

    These emails are pointless as far as I am concerned! I do business with literally hundreds of on line services and businesses, and out of all of them, Caswell is hands down the best!! Best products, best technical help, best customer service, fast shipping, and the best of all, no bull****, or bait and switch of products!! I have always ended up better off than I expected when dealing with Caswell, and I will be a customer until one of us is no longer around!!
