Some research - does Seawolf SSN 21 have VLS?

    Hi guys,
I have been doing some reading into Seawolf SSN-21 - reading about the TLAMs she carries. I know she has 8 660mm fish tubes but was wondering about VLS. I have not found anything that indicates that like a 688I she has separate VLS.

So I am thinking she does not have the VLS. Right or wrong?
I am leaning to think the 8 torpedo tubes might afford her re-load flexibility on patrol for TLAM, that the current 688Is don't have with the VLS. It make sense as I have read she carries a staggering magazine of 50 or so TLAMs.

    Thanks

You are right John, no vertical tubes. She was designed more for killing soviet subs in the deep blue ocean than for litoral land strikes.
All the same though, she is still able to deliver more firepower in the form of tomahawks than either the LA or the Virginia if so equipped.

      Thanks Buddy,
Your Seawolf kit will be awesome and unlike a lot of net noise that promises the world and delivers nothing - your Permit kit is proof in the pudding that people are going to be buying a quality product. I hope you sell a gizllion.

The kit might need a 4" Subdriver. Its such a fat lady ain't it. The great news is David has struck gold again with the dual motor single shaft 3.5" which will be the way to go to get that awesome pump jet flying.
