S/D Package really beat up

This is the second S/D I've received from Caswell where the package was really beat up. Nothing was damaged or missing but you'd think UPS being the shipping biggie could do a little better job. Personally I think UPS Sucks. The US postal Service delivers faster, cheaper and in mint condition. Conceder switching delivery carriers. Food for thought.

As long as the product got there ok, we're happy. We've tried the Post Office - it sucks when you put a claim in. You can wait MONTHS to get reimbursed. Their tracking system sucks too. They don't handle Hazmat stuff well either, which is a real problem for us.

We've tried Fedex, DHL and a bunch of others, and always go back to UPS. They may not be perfect, but they ship almost 200 packages a day for us with few problems.

With what you've said looks like you've got the best deal with UPS.
