Just realised that I was about to put caps the other day on the terminals of a Graupner motor. These come internally supressed. Was wondering if you fitted more caps to the motor would you negate the supression it already had?

You would not steal a wallet so don't steal people's livelihood.
Think of that before your buy "cheap" pirated goods or download others work protected by copyright. Theft is theft.
Connecting capacitors in parallel increases the total capacitance, so if it has internal caps for filtering, then paralleling more would improve noise filtering.
I assume those motors have internal caps, for filtering.
If you Need more filtering, It certainly won't hurt anything to try it, as long as nothing is damaged by the Hot soldering-iron. :D
