In$urance might be an issue. There was a guy in Tampa, picked up a surplus soviet diesel electric, and was trying to open a resturant/cassino several years ago. The Idea "sank" as it were. Insurance and marritime law pulled the plug. I can just picture"Crews birthing" all the racks triced up on eithef side of the ships "Bowling Alley"compartment. Wouldnt want to have to wait in line for the one "Crapper" in the morning, If you know what I mean.
