I have a friend at Revell De dept X, who has hinted to me that the contract for the prototype plug of a 1/72 Wilm Bauer is already in the works, so there moving in the right direction. No hint of a time frame for a PR release date. Im sure, if there is a large demand from the poll, that they are taking will have a lot to do with the expidiancy of the project. So far the 505 kit sales are doing well, so that may help them decide as well.

"Stand by, to stand by" would be the proper military nomanclature for the proper procedure. "As you were Gentelmen, I will be in the area all day" We have a "studies and operation" G2 in progress. Our scouts out are feet wet and have eyes on at the brazworx down the Rhine, cranking out their old 1:72sets PE so...? I smell sumpthin cookin in the galley...may be cabbage anotherway.Click image for larger version

Revel of Germany is coming out with a 1/72 NAUTILUS plastic model kit??? Today?????

Oh, be still my beating heart. That would change EVERYTHING, Mamas.

And, von: The 1/72 Type-21 kit is going to happen? When?

            You two are killing me!

The target date is spring 15, but if they run true to course it will turn into this time next year before they even let go the promos to the select few. My friend at dept X is comming over here for her vacation this year again during Fantisy Fest. I would like to get on the select list or just hijack one. She is prity influential and has already hooked me up with an extra set of the 505's 4 hull pieces, gratis, to boot. A XXI would be an early Christmas present. that works for me. Nautilus?? whazzatt? some kind of shellfishy seagoing snale?

I added a vote for the XXI on the Revell site, just now.. It could join the Revell VIIC, that currently sits in my closet..

I know what you mean. I'm waiting for my daughter to move out so I can build my 72 scale fleet.
