    1/230 Skipjack trimming?

Where, exactly, should the little Revell 1/230 Skippy, be trimmed to??
O.K.!! I know!! To the water!! Yeah!! Figgered that one out already!! Hah!!

Bottom of the sail sound pretty reasonable, or deeper??

    Thanks for any input!!

At the sail planes ... or thereabouts.

And dial back the throttle end-points to 25% ahead, 25% astern for starters.

    Pictures, ******, pictures!

      I'm running a FT-06A! The 6-channel model!
Just gonna have to be "light handed" on the stick!!

In that case you might as well drive a gas-truck with a stick of dynamite under your seat! Get your head straight: you will be driving a rocket, not a model submarine. You will smash this thing into a wall or bottom before you know what happened!

This is David Merriman's finest work. A 13" long plastic model, cleverly converted to radio control. See the boat in action and photos of components etc.

The little sucker's that fast, huh? Who'da thunk!! I certainly never would have!!
Pretty neat video, too!! Is that you in it, me brother????

The FT-06A I have, I bought last year from Caswell, but haven't been able to use it yet
as I, just now, have everything together that I need to run her. Still has her cherry!!

Wonder if "The Kazzer" will give me a deal on a trade-in towards the FT-08???
          What say ye, Kazzer??????

I also have an older Futaba 4YF that I bought on Ebay which, supposedly, had either "never" been used,
or was "gently" used!! Any chance it might have operator friendly set-points????

Another TX/RX combination I have is a Wfly FT-06A but it's 72 Mhz!! Was gonna sell I, but thought I'd
hang on to it for a while, knowing it can be converted to 75Mhz.

I'd be willing to send them both to Mike for a straight-across swap for the Wfly FT-08!!??

Any takers out there???? Kazzer?? Anyone??
