Gato prop guards?
I'm hoping to get some information regarding the physical dimensions of the
Gatos' prop guards.
In some photos they appear to be round, and in others they're flat??
I'd like to build a pair for my little 1/144, but want to scale the material size so as to be
somewhat like the prototype! Not being a friggin' "rivet counter" here, but I don't want them to look
like they belong elsewhere. (And, no! I'm not too crazy about the photo etched parts from White Ensign!)
Also, how far out (Yah!!) from the hull sides to they protrude?? I can determine length
from photos, but the "depth thing" is a little tricky!! Hah!!
