How do you calculate the pitch of a propeller?

Occasionally I get asked what the pitch is on the props we sell for our Longtail Outboard kits.

Does anyone know how this is calculated please?

If it's a propeller of my manufacture then the non-slip pitch is equal to, or a bit over its diameter.
