Oh yes, periscopes and folding dive planes are nothing compared to the potential operating systems on a K Boat. Trust me, you will ALL want one then. Kazzer will be doing a roaring trade in supplying K Boat hulls.
Let us put this thread to bed as clearly no-one will convince me that a K Boat is anything but the ultimate model submarine........ :)

Actually Kim, I agree, despite my school yard antics, it will be pretty dam superb. I can't wait for you to take the plunge Kim into subs.

I just havent had time to wipe my ass recently, let alone peruse the Subdriver website. Finally opened it up and waded through the recent history, then K class, ho hum stick with the darnell hull usual usual, then post #23 OMFG.

The M class is coming down off the shelf tonight, i gotta figure out how much more work to finish that one before this beast is a reality. motivation level at red alert

Anyway, enough of lesser boats. Your new K Boat, is that GRP or vac form plastic? What needs to be done to get it ready for actually building a submarine? BTW, I am in no way wanting to rush you - I am happy to wait, I still have my battlecruiser to build so am unlikely to be looking at a K Boat until next year.

At the moment, I have no idea. I am still waiting for the hull to arrive. Should be a week or four before I get it.
Stop messing about - just get a Sub-driver!
