Would anyone want a British K Class submarine hull in 1/72?

I have a better idea. Why don't you give me a few weeks to get into winter mode and start firing up my vacu-former, and I'll send you a free styrene hull.

You do the build, and let me have copies of any detail parts you make so I can produce a decent end product?
Stop messing about - just get a Sub-driver!

Now there is a generous offer Kim - go for it - nothing holding you back.

Kazzer's offer is indeed generous and I thank him for it, but an M1 is still not a K Boat which is what I really want (although the M Class did inherit the K Boat jinx because they used the keels of K23, K24, and K25) and it is way shorter. Also, HMS Invincible will occupy me for at least a year and I would be holding off any submarine project until after that.
But, again, thank you for the offer.
Maybe I may get the Deans hull and shelve it for 12 months.
          cheers, Kim

Another book I have is. "K Boats" by Don Everitt from the Naval Institute Press, 144pages. Many pictures and the complete history of each boat. One has to read it to believe it!!

May I suggest we reduce that master to a proper multi-unit, hard-shell GRP tool before chopping it up?

KAZZER!!!!!! A 1/72 K Boat with swan bow. That is abso-bl**dy-lutely unbelievable. I will have to start saving for one of those. What is the story behind it, tell all. "I got's to know" (do you recognise the quote?)
                        I am most excited. :)

Kim I'm delighted to see a fellow modeller ecstatic.
-all you have no idea for how long I have known Kim to be after a K class. I think it might have been at least a child ago.

Personally I find the K class as pleasing to the eye as broken dunny in rugby team's change room. Yet I concede beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Mike there is a guy on the other side of the world with a tremendous smile on his face.

That is quite the line up. This K Class is spectacularly ugly, but beautiful at the same time. I like it!
Who are you trying to kid, spare time, that is just not you.
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.
