I was just saying to 'her indoors' yesterday, that when you look at all the property damage, it's hardly surprising. Wooden houses, made of match sticks, not even on concrete bases or stilts. I'm amazed anyone can get insurance living in these things. I guess the code enforcement officers were asleep when they approved all this stuff?

It depends on who's palm you grease if and when your house is in code or not.
