Proteus from Fantastic Voyage would be the ultimate build for SciFi fans. Rick Tesky could lend a hand with Merriman doing the heavy lifting with Moebius. Possibility?
Wish I had the time. But, if Moebius is willing (but they seem to be steering the company away from producing licensed properties), then Rick is more than capable of taking on the project himself; he is eminently qualified to take the lead. Remember: too many Chef's ruin the soup.
