    German u boat helicopter

Ive seen this before. I did a little bit of research on it. It was to be a lookout for incoming planes or ships. The U Boat would then be warned and would then dive, leaving the helicopter to fend for itself. It was tethered to the sub.

This rang a bell to me, and after some digging i've found the kit i've bought some years ago, it's scale 1:72 and has metal edged parts, maybe something for our type VII builders, if you can get a hold at it, offcourse.

    The brand is Pavla Models.

This is the content inside the box, i allready have made a enlarged copy scale 1:35 for in the future.

Also a drawing at the same scale 1:35.

And if you wonder how the endresult will be, Well a good friend of mine has build it already on scale 1:35, and yes the rotor can spin for display use.
