Quick and easy seals.

This maybe a old ideal , but it works great and thought I would post it .

Start with cork drawer liner from lowes. It has a sticky backing.

Lay out the deck and cut out first level of cork. Then make another copy .

Peel back the two layers and carefully lay one on the other sticky sides facing each other.

Double sided now ,cork on both sides .Now back to shop to drill holes and cut away center section.

Clamp down on deck and seal . Drill out holes .

Quick test fit.

Cut away inside to allow view of hardware .

In stall deck and seal ,tighten down mounting bolts . CAREFULLY (Dont ask )

Ready for test tank . Oh yea ,I used aquarium glue on the seal to be on safe side ,and it is easy to peel off for removal.
