So, No battery compartment included or needed (if using a sealed Gel-cel).
Just a little RTV on the battery terminals, correct?
But that means that the On/off switch will need to be mounted on the aft bulkhead with everything else? It's too thick for a switch to mount there, Isn't it?
So, I guess the switch would have to be mounted in the wire and potted up in RTV? :confused:
Or do you just seal up one battery-terminal and use the other as a switch?

That's it, just make up/break a battery terminal.

I'm starting to go with Idea that 'Bigger is Better' now, tho. After fighting the 'Too Small for Me' 2.5" Gato SD. :)
I'm more accustomed to dealing with Obsolite-Antique-Technology Anyway. :D
And I'm getting the feeling that the 3.5/2 Fits into that catagory. ;)

I would like to see some better pictures of it, if possible?

As designed, the WTC-3.5's (now called SubDriver's) were intended to be powered off an external gel-cell battery, so you're good to go in that department. And, no, the WTC-3 battery compartment is not part of the 3.5" package. You buy that little sucker separately.

I'm busy developing a 1.25" diameter SubDriver over the holiday ... that's right: 1.25"!!!!! Going good so far and will be adaptable to just about every plastic model kit out there with a length between 15-25 inches. Film at eleven!

The battery WTC is designed for it and will hold two large capacity Lithium-polymer packs. Look at the Caswell site.

The motor bulkhead comes ported for the LPB induction and discharge hoses and has four installed and tested 1/16" pushrod seals.

I was looking for pictures and discription of the 3.5/2 SD Kit, for the T-class, on website, but could not find them. Did 'I miss it' or 'Is it Missing'???
