Be Careful if you rubber coat your hulls

The RUSSIANS are at it again. Another one on FIRE. Shipyard fires happen all too often. Mostly during welding despite posting fire watches, background fire blankets,etc. We had a few small ones during Tautog's first non-refueling overhaul at PHSNY 1972 1973. Hopefully these guys will be ok
