Soviet submarine K-3 Leninsky Komsomol - Wikipedia
Remarkable new display has that famous set designer ken Adam (James Bond movie set look). Display shows some details of this interesting sub.
K-3 was designed by Vladimir Peregoudoy.
He lived to be 91, I doubt the crew that manned that sewer pipe he designed lived as long..

Excellent job on that kit. And the weathering is near perfect. Less is more!Little project that got just finished (took a break from my Molch project) It‘s the K-3 „Leninski Komsomol“, Russia‘s first nuclear submarine. Model is in 1/350 scale and based on a Russian kit originally released by Flagman and then repackaged and modified by Zvezda. Bought it before the Russian invasion of the Ukraine and had it in the backlog for a few years. Kit is like the original boat…a bit shabby, but with patience and putty one can build a decent display of an historic boat with very unique outlines …
