I figured that it was a Delta 4 only because the pictures appear to be new. Is there anyway to tell from the bottom of the Delta which one it is?IT TAKES GREAT INTELLIGENCE TO FAKE SUCH STUPIDITY!Comment

The first photo you posted is the sure-fire tell - DELTA IV is the only one in the series to extend the screws far behind the rest of the hull. (Think of it as a generic DELTA hull with the back end of an OSCAR.) As for the other photo, this hull in particular has another feature that suggests it's a newer boat in the shape of the reactor cooling scoops; From what I've seen the older DELTA IV's, and the DELTA III's before them have "half moon" shaped intake scoops (like the exhaust scoops seen here) but the intakes on this boat stick out a long way and are quite narrow, again more like the scoops found on an OSCAR. (I'm suspect this results in better flow.)Kevin McLeod - Oscar II driver

I dug thru a few pictures that I have.
In this one you can see the older style props and the scoops seem, as you said, not as deep.

In this one there are extra goodys to look at. Note what seems to be a auxillary thruster and another plane. I dont know!Last edited by greenman407; 05-09-2011, 11:17 AM.IT TAKES GREAT INTELLIGENCE TO FAKE SUCH STUPIDITY!Comment
