I dont know how old this picture is but somebody ran into something. Can anyone fill us in?

Looks like the LA class that collided with a target in the Arab Gulf some years back. She had to limp home on the surface. I can't remember her name. Also, I can't see the bridge watch in this picture.

USS Hartford, hit an amphib in the Straits of Hormuz last year, saw her pull into Groton after they welded brackets to the sail to keep it stable. Pushed the pressure hull in 4 inches on one side. She all repaired now and going through sea trials. I heard through the grapevine she took an 60+ degree roll during the collision, thats quite alot past designed limits. The mast that is up was the only one that they could get up, the rest were jammed.
