I found it by doing a search for 'ballast'. :)

Thanks for the Ballast Systems Info.
One of the many things, in that file, I found interesting, is it tells what RCABS stands for. I've seen it in print many times but didn't know.
It's 'Recirculated Compressed Air Ballast System'.
I can certainly see why they shortened it's name. :D LOL :DRick L.
