    new to RC subs

    Never built an operating sub ( served on a real boomer though). I just got Moebius's Shipjack in 1/72 scale. I will be using the basic operating system, no diving or torpedoes, but should I still make holes in the bow as the manual suggests?

          Wait, you say no diving, like a surface boat or no diving ballast tank, but you still want it to dive? just to be clear
          If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.
