    Eduard-models Photo-etched parts kits?

I see that Eduard makes photo-etched parts for the Revell Gato-class and the U-boat VIIC sub kits.
Has anyone used these and if so, how do you like them? The pictures of them indicate that they greatly improve the detailed look, but I was wondering if the are difficuly to install or any other problems? I suppose CA glue would be used to attach them, correct?
    Thanks for the help,

Well, looks like no one has tried the Eduard parts, so it looks like it's up to Me to check them out. I'll report back later with my findings. ;)

I ordered the Eduard photo-etched parts kits for both the Gato and VIIC kits. Hopefully they will be here next week.

I consider the PE parts (especially the deck) to be gilding the Lillie too much. Keep it simple (and cheap!).

The pictures I've seen of the PE hardware really make it look more realistic, but it definitely will be a little more complicted, and the PE parts will be more easily damaged.

You're call here of course, but once the model is painted you can't make out much difference between the plastic and metal deck.

I finally received the photo-etched parts. They came from Canada, so maybe they got 'Stopped at the Border'. ;)
They are High Quality, but Man they're Small and delicate.
I didn't realize how Tiny most of them are until they were in my hand.
I was expecting them to be Brass (pictures are) but they are Nickel color. Maybe it's Nickel plated Brass?
They will look good tho, if I can get them on with out loosing them in the carpet. :D
I'll try to use some of them but I definitely will not be using All of them.
