      My son is working on a type VII for the 2011 competition. Thread to be started soon... Anyway, he's got the Atlantic version of the U-boat, which has a deck mounted snorkel. Deck fitting #3 interferes with the snorkel cut out. Safe to leave this one off? Did you ever revise the fittings kit with another deck support/fastener?
