Kilo fitting kit: What for screw for operating shaft

I'm french and hope my english is understable.

I received today my Sub-Driver Kilo Fitting Kit but for the rudder and plane operating shafts, it has no bolt screw to block the shafts.

So my question : What for micro screw I need ?

The set-screws are 4-40 X 1/8" long.
