You apply the resin and fiber glass directly on a blue foam ?
Doesn't melt it ?.

Do You have a picture or can You make a picture with : "... bondo and a couple of coats of two pack automotive filler ... " , PLEASE .
There are so many types and I want to see witch one You use , maybe I can find something similar in my country .

Peter, I use blue foam for all my masters, I find it easy to work with. I use the hot wire technique(as the airplane guys do for the wings) or a bandsaw and then I cover it with glass and epoxy. To achieve a smooth finish I use bondo and a couple of coats of two pack automotive filler sanded between coats. I tried to find some photos of this project at the early stage but I couldn't find any but here is some of another project using the same technique( this one is a "target" haha ) I hope they help !

Yannis I want to ask a stupid question, but what is the hull master made of ? How did you build it up ?

OH GOODY GOODY GUMDROPS!!! I have a 1/96 Oscar already.........as you probably know. A Delta would make a nice stable mate....after all...........they both speak Russian ya know. Looking at your pictures it reminded me that this series of the Delta has the same stern as the Oscar.

May I ask how many hulls do you plan to make from that mold? In other words have you thought about offering some for sale?

I was comissioned by a new French company to build it for them, so I believe that is going to be available soon by them!
