    Did you attempt to re-program the ESC? Go to the MTronik's site for info on that.

    Everything hooked up, No smoke!!! everything works as advertised but I can not seem control the throttle. I set the endpoint to 50 as I have read about. Not very smooth response and no reverse. Is there something I am missing? Also need to make new control rods off the servos after bending they are to short. Moving on slowly Merry Christmas to all

    Oh,

    Set the transmitter for mode-2 and for 'airplane', not 'helicopter. Then just worry about servo reversing and end-points.

    My transmitter and my lepto 6 are 72 Mhz. the instructions that came with the TX are for the 2.4 ghz model. I guess I was not clear enough. I am looking for a set up guide. The most channels I have used in the past are 2 channel systems and I want to make sure I have everything hooked up right and what controls what on the transmitter. Thanks for you help

    That 2.4gHz transmitter is entirely unsuitable for operation with the 75mHz Lepton-8 receiver. Two different bands, and two different forms of modulation. You need to find a replacement 75mHz RF module for the transmitter (with antenna!), or find yourself another transmitter on the 75mHz band.

    Well progress continues but slowed due to the holidays. For a Sonar Tech my soldering leaves a lot to be desired . But finally got everything hooked up. Hope nothing smokes when I hook it to a batt.
