    Progress continues albeit a bit slow, a friend found some useful pictures and posted them for all to see, http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v2...ts/Type%20IXB/ This is a picture of the ammo locker sited just behind the deck gun and in front of the bridge.

          Not sure where you mean David, the egg rack looking things are for storage of the 105mm shells and I have the hatches open to show them off. Just a bit of BS really, I thought it would be nice when the boat is on static show to leave the hatches open and perhaps make up some shells to go in there.
