Grug screw size on GATO forward control linkage?

My little dog bone looking fitting for the forward planes control rod broke. I'm making one out of aluminum, but I don't know the thread size and pitch of the grub screws. It's the fitting that takes the servo output rod, raises it above the sub driver, and attaches to the long control rod to the forward dive planes.
