I have a 50% chance of making it to Subfest 26 this year and a 0% chance of running one of my own subs. Did some digging in storage and found the SDV prototype I designed several years ago just waiting for some attention. 3d printed from my own CAD files, it is in great shape and should be pretty easy to get running as a dynamic diver.
I will be using some of Dave's 2.5" tube hardware and an old 75mhz radio. The linkages and bell cranks are all sorted. I just need to get the cradle and WTC mounted for alignment. I will figure out the WTC internals when all the components arrive.

Appendages and linkages are all sorted. I also fastened the upper hatch and started on the periscope details. It pivots at the nose so I need to come up with a bracket to hold when vertical.
