Refurbishing a Engel Gato 1/48 scale submarine

I just spent the day removing the Engel Gato dry pressure hull. Here are some pictures after the removal.

Quite a project ahead, where did the hull come from?

I bought the Sub from the UK and had it shipped to the US. Sub was shipped in a 7 foot box weighting 62 pounds from the UK and got to me in 3 days. Here is the whole sub. Reason I had to go buy one in the UK, it is hard to find one of these in the US. Before you ask Shipping cost was alot.and i mean alot
