    choosing a resin printer answer

I won't suggest what Resin Printer to buy, but I use a ANYCUBIC Resin 3D Printer, Photon M3 Max SLA LCD UV

    Resin Printers with 13.6'' 7K Mono Screen, Smart Resin Filler, Large 3D Printing Size 11.7'' x 6.5'' x 11.81''

ANYCUBIC 3D Printer Resin, upgraded 8K Standard Resin V2, Enhanced Toughness and Strength, Lower-Odor, High Precision 3D Printing Resin for All LCD Resin 3D Printers (Grey, 1kg) Amazon has delivered it consistently overnight.

Buy the resin on Amazon several bottles at first. average about $16 to $18 for each 1 kg plastic bottle.

Many have their printer indoors where it is warm. The minimum temperature for printing is about 70 F degrees. But the odor isn't bad, but some may complain still. So, I have my printer in the garage (but where it is cold) so I have to wait to print in the spring or waste energy warming the garage which sends my electric bill through the4 roof.

A group of friends with experience with resin printers is vital. The You tube videos look professional but the scan over and miss little details so they are only useful for a familiarization only. The Videos most are terrible. Important to freeze frame so you catch important details.

I'm sure others (the whole world has their own favorite printer, so but that's a starting answer for what it's worth. It may take patience at first getting the slicing and exposure settings good. That is where supportive friends are a huge help. Most or all printers are made in China which is fine, they been polite and helpful in emails for tech support, . I mention China because it may take 2-3 weeks to get extras like FEP films etc. So, allow lead time for that ordering.

Suggest an extra ANYCUBIC FEP Film for Photon M3 Max LCD 3D Printer (2pcs). These are the clear sheets in the resin vat that's a pan and holds the resin and UV light passes through. about $32.00.

A clean working area. Isopropyl alcohol (Costco), rubber surgical gloves, a breathing mask. Some very soft wiping cloth towels Like a shimmy cloth. Auto supply stores.

I am so happy Randy Sanders recommended the Any Cubic. and I went straight directly to resin. The parts need little standing and have smooth flowing print shapes. None or very little line starvations.

I am sure printer5 technology is advancing rapidly, but this ANYCUBIC Resin 3D Printer, Photon M3 Max SLA LCD UV
    works well for now
