Hi Kirt,
Your MPC was delivered to me on Friday. I had a look at it yesterday and confirmed that the solid state relay was not closing on command. I've changed the relay and tested it using one of the small Caswell pumps. I've now got it packaged up in a bubble-pack and will drop it off to the post office on my way home from work this afternoon. Please let me know when it arrives.
