Hi Ed, Thanks for your OFFER BUT I have BAD news. The place where I kept my plans and stuff, the water pipe above on the ceiling decided it was time for a new shower. Every paper item I had is garbage. We were not home and this room got wet!. Two days of clearing it and swearing in it. The plans are garbage. I pitched all papers in the trash. I could not sell anything the way they were, old to start with and then soaked, drowned is an understatement.
