I'm not copying anything. I plan to build this as a runner and possibly do a CAD model for myself later in a larger scale. No scanning, no molds, no sharing.

You're going to copy someone else's work without compensating them??? Someone 'owns' that kit and sells it. You would be cutting the owner out of his fair share of profit for the capital, time, and effort he expended to put this product on market. And 'ownership' is transferable to who ever bought the IP from the originator. Don't be a theif!

Another brilliant, elegant Harper Goff design concept. to me subjectively, Disney nautilus and 20thcentury Fox Proteus are the 10's, SeaQuest DSV is the worst looking a zero. I see a Nautilus and proteus, it inspires me to go to the workshop to build, Sea Quest the bathroom to ummmm. 'Organic' gone too far. .

You don't see any practical functionality in artists conceptions now. Its all-eye appeal, not sci fi that points to a conceivable working object. Thats what makes Mr. Goffs art and science so amazing, and it holds up over time.

Looking for a kit in any condition but preferably new. C'mon guys, Someone has one collecting dust on the shelf... Ebay has them but wanted to check here first.
