I've got one unit controlling the prop motor. It supplies the receiver BEC. I want to add a second esc to control a pump motor. I think I need to cut the red "signal" wire coming from the receiver to the Micro Viper, true?
Bonus question: will the Micro Viper 10 output mind having a large (6 amp) diode put in series with the pump motor via a micro switch? It's a full ballast trip...a microswitch unshorts the diode when tank is full, preventing any more current in "fill" direction from getting to motor; still allows reverse "empty" current.
