    Problem With My MPC Resolved Quickly!!

    I was setting up my 3.5 Sub-driver controls and when I powered up the system the MPC ran continuously showing the red light. I contacted Kevin and we exchanged e-mails attempting to diagnose and resolve the problem. After determining that a component was faulty he had me ship the MPC to him and he repaired it very quickly and shipped it back to me. It is a pleasure dealing with someone that stands behind a product he makes. When I got the MPC back into the unit all Kevin's other components worked as advertised. Definitely a vendor that can be trusted!
