Tying, clamping, and securing wires in the wet?

I've learned that somebody else always has a better way of doing something that comes to light just after I implement a technique...What do you prefer to use when securing wires (small or Big gauge) that are located in the wet areas...conduits, micro zip ties , micro peel and stick clip clamps wire looms?

Small zip ties. Won’t dig into wires. Nothing gooey.
Of the 40,000 men who served on German submarines, 30,000 never returned.”
