In the layout it is hard too see the pinion is off set mating with only one spur in the train, the work is so methodical and well executed I could sit on my substantial ass all day looking at your work!

Well you know I do. I just got a bunch of your magnetic connectors from Bob. The big ones and the small. I know what it takes to just make those. Sure I could have made them myself but I thought to myself, why? There's a lot of work that goes into just making those parts. You just made this end users build faster not to mention the install process of the WTC into the boats. Thank you David.

The small magnetic couplers are of my design. The bigger, more robust ones were created by Bob Martin himself.
And Tom Chalfant has come up with a very innovative use of magnetic unions: he's worked out a method of making up hydraulic and pneumatic lines using magnets to make the union fast.

I just love it. Lately all I do is build. I innovate little but somethings I still do. I still need a metal lathe. One of the things sadly missing from my shop inventory. There's a lot of innovation in this big model I'm building for myself but he's not a sub. Just a big toy I wanted from a movie I liked. Still not finished. But working on him.
