    Looking for Cup Seals

    Hello

I am looking for a source for cup seals as my local old source does not deal with that anymore.
I would appreciate any links you can share.
    Thanks
    George

    Why not use o-rings?

    Pros-

    Cheap
    Universally available
Enormous choice of polymers and sizes

    Cons

    Usually need a glanded housing.
Little bit higher friction (not much)

Well that is something to think about. I was looking for a seal for a rotating shaft that will penetrate a hull just slightly below the water surface. Not high speed, slower speed for a tank track sprocket drive. Also for use in WTC with internal air bladders with vacuum and pressure used from air within the closed WTC to run the ballast tank.

That's easy, I use cup seals exclusively in my rotational applications. Buy them all the time:
