The Revell VII Ballast kit contains:
2 x Molded ballast tank closed foam inserts (6lb density)
1 6” x 2” approx pink foam block
2 x Molded lead shot/epoxy keel weights
1 x 3/4” x 6” approx Lead sheet weight
The ballast tank foam inserts are designed to fit exactly into the ballast tank recesses on the model. The inner side needs to be trimmed to fit the Sub-driver shape. This can be achieved by sanding or cutting with a hacksaw or fretsaw blade.
