By the way: Any one knows the distance between shafts in the motor mount in ENGEL's THYPOON?

Well,
I tested a cap with a coat of primer, a coat of paint and a coat of varnish.
Cap printed with 20% infill.
I mounted it on the wtc and put an hour in the water. All went well. Not the slightest trace of moisture inside the tube.Frank

I started working on the ballast.
It will be a 1 liter piston tank. I will be using a NEMA17 stepper motor.
It will be controlled by an ARDUINO UNO
I started making the piston with 2 o-rings. Problem, either the water passed or it was impossible to slide the piston.
So I printed a new piston for hydraulic seal.

The seal
I printed a piece of motor support and limit switch support
and the closing plug with the water intake
