    Type 209/1100 scale 1/48 scrutch build

    A new project on the way at 1/48 scale. Length 116cm Beam 13cm
    Started making the master and 3D parts for dive planes and rudders.

      It is so good to see you working on submarines again. Your work is amazing.
      If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

                Good looking tools. Photos are fine, they capture the high relief panel lines just fine. Are you going commercial with this kit? I love the 209's, in their many, varied forms. I used to build a lot of them for the defense community when Ellie and I were doing government work.
                No David, I don't think I'll go commercial with this one, actually I'm seriously thinking of stopping production of all of my kits.
